Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of kazboya.com and the commercial relationship between KAZBOYA S.R.L. and the merchant subscribing to the airZoon network.

1. Purpose

To define the airZoon service provided by KAZBOYA S.R.L. and the terms of the commercial relationship with the merchant (the “Customer”).

2. Acceptance

Using kazboya.com or requesting a demo or service implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or request the service.

3. Service description

airZoon includes: installation and configuration of Wi-Fi access points at the Customer’s premises, a branded splash page, lead dashboard, email/WhatsApp campaign tools, and advertising credits on the airZoon network.

4. Customer obligations

The Customer must maintain an active internet connection, provide the physical space required for the access points, and comply with Law No. 172-13 when using the leads captured through their splash page.

5. Contract terms

The service is provided month-to-month, without a binding term. The Customer may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice, in which case KAZBOYA S.R.L. will uninstall the hardware at no additional cost.

6. Data ownership

The Customer is the sole owner of the personal data of users connecting through their splash page (the “Leads”). KAZBOYA S.R.L. acts as data processor on behalf of the Customer.

7. Limitation of liability

KAZBOYA S.R.L. is not responsible for service interruptions caused by the Customer’s internet provider, power outages, hardware provided by third parties, or force-majeure events.

8. Consumer protection

Dominican consumer-protection law (Pro-Consumidor) applies, where relevant, to end users connecting to the airZoon Wi-Fi at the Customer’s venue.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Distrito Nacional, Dominican Republic.
